Before you hand over the basket
Can you pick up from my home?
Yes. Home pickup and return are available for a $10.00 delivery charge, excluding GST. Customer drop-off is also available.
When will my clothes come back?
They return the next weekday between 8am and 4pm. A Friday pickup returns Monday, excluding public holidays.
Can I choose folded or hung?
Yes. Folding for shirts and dresses is $1.00, and coat hangers are $0.80, excluding GST.
What time do you collect?
Home pickups run Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. We do not collect on weekends or public holidays.
Do you wash clothes too?
No. We provide ironing only.
